I.M.P.A.C.T. Method

Proven four-week framework that develops youth leadership for college applications, internships or fellowships, and beyond.

  • Students discover their authentic leadership story through strategic self-assessment and storytelling exercises. For example: students reflect on the experiences they have and the experiences they want next for a fulfilled life.

  • Students define a purpose-driven project at the intersection of their talents, passions, and measurable impact. For example: students create a mind-map of skills and talents that support their goals, and project ideas that leverage them.

  • Students build and refine their leadership initiative with real-world testing and feedback. For example: students build success metrics into their projects to identify impact as the project rolls out.

  • Students implement their vision with structured support and expert mentorship. For example: students receive mentor support like contact connections or provided project resources.

  • Student journeys are documented and amplified on relevant platforms for widespread recognition. For example, drafting and publishing a LinkedIn article about student achievement or submitting student work to an industry seminar.

  • Students present leadership journey to family and invited guests to gain experience sharing their story and celebrate their work. For example: students might create a presentation to share with both their family and potential internships or publications.
